CARLA LUMMERDING, MAS
Carla Lummerding is a mom-preneur that helps you to “Energize Your Brand” through her promotional products business Ultimate Productions. She has a diploma in Business Administration with a marketing major from GPRC and has achieved the Master Advertising Specialist Certification (MAS) with the Promotional Product Professionals of Canada, the youngest female at the time to achieve this national designation. With over 20+ years in the branding and ad specialties industry, Carla brings her creativity, positivity and enthusiasm to the projects she is entrusted with.
She was born in Grande Prairie and raised on a farm between Beaverlodge and Wembley. She has worked in sales, marketing, events for her local municipality, a local hotel chain as well as international brands such as Hilton Worldwide and Harley Davidson. In 2008, Carla won the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Grande Prairie with her start-up business Ultimate Promotions. It later re-branded in 2015 to Ultimate Productions, offering the ULTIMATE selection in unique branded promotional products. Her new service offering of online custom merchandise stores for non-profit and charity organizations called Gifts that UPLift, helping uplift others one gift at a time, is taking off. It was Carla’s vision to help a lot of people with their organization concerns with her talents, passion and lived experience. Having a MAS designation with over 20 years experience in the promotional products industry, previously running a local non-profit/charity organization and volunteer experience helping families in the NICU, Carla saw a need to bring her passions together to create something bigger that can help others. Carla was also diagnosed with a lifetime spinal chord disability that she had back surgery for at the same time raising a special needs child from birth has been a difficult journey. Going back to a regular 9-5 job was not in the cards but giving back in a big way with her new project was.
Carla loves creating unique branding ideas for Ultimate Productions clients and enjoys spending her time with her family, swimming, crafting and volunteering. Something close to her heart is volunteering in the medical community for NICU families and persons with spinal chord disabilities like herself going through a difficult time. She encourages others to get back UP again, to “Find your Happy and Live it UP”. Could it be a coincidence her brand is “UP”?

Carla says “Yes I am disabled for life but that's not going to stop me from living a life of joy and fulfillment. Today, I call my business UP. I do not give up, I show up. If I get knocked down, I get UP again.”
